We are a HASHTAG communication agency. We have been creating and implementing multi-channel cross-media digital campaigns for 10 years. Our experience is mostly focused on FMCG, pharmaceutical and service businesses. We have worked with international NGOs such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), National Democratic Institute (NDI), UNICEF, as well as with international companies such as Beiersdorf (NIVEA, NIVEA MEN), Vodafone, Jadran.

The number and complexity of projects is growing, so we are currently looking for an energeticJunior Project manager who will implement cool projects together with the team.

We are looking for "our person" who wants to do cool projects, appreciates the team and wants to influence the agency as a whole.

• Experience of 1 year in a similar position or in the position of SMM Manager, Account Manager or customer relations manager;

• Knowledge of project management tools (for example, Trello, Asana, Google Instruments);

• Ability to make presentations;

• Ability to involve the team in project activities and promote their active participation;

• Ability to communicate at a high level with different types of clients;

• Ability to identify, assess and minimize risks;

• Ability to organize and maintain project documentation in an up-to-date state;

• Be ready for active learning and involvement in our projects;

• Experience in a marketing agency will be a plus;

• Knowledge of the English language will be a plus.

Main tasks:

• Help with developing plans, setting deadlines and drawing up schedules;

• Project management support under the guidance of experienced project managers;

• Close communication with clients;

• Collection of data and analysis of project tasks, formation of proposals for optimization;

• Ensuring effective communication between team members, organizing meetings and keeping minutes;

• Tracking tasks, meeting deadlines and identifying potential problems;

• Preparation and presentation of project status reports to senior managers or clients;

• Management of project documentation, including specifications, plans and reports;

• Potential detectionof risks and development of plans for their minimization;

• Performing other tasks related to project management.

• Motivation: 20,000 UAH, depending from experience.

• Location: modern office in the center of Kyiv (Olympiyska metro station), hybrid format.

• Schedule: flexible, result-oriented. Communication in the team - Mon-Fri from 10.00 to 19.00.

• Trial period: 3 months.
