PROFINSTALL is looking for those who want to see how real objects are built and learn to manage processes on construction sites - students or recent graduates of construction and engineering specialties, future project managers and those who want to start in the profession. Experience is not the main thing - willingness to learn, responsibility and leadership qualities are important.

The role involves a gradual increase in responsibility and a transition to independent project management after 6 to 12 months.

Junior Project Manager works under the guidance of the project manager and is gradually involved in the management of engineering networks projects. The main focus of the role is learning practical project management tools, participation in planning, team coordination and control of task execution.

During the Junior Project Manager development process:

• learns project planning and monitoring of deadlines;

• involves in the coordination of the project team and internal communications;

• gradually gets acquainted with the management of budgets and resources;

• participates in communication with customers together with the project manager;

• acquires the skills of building a system and long-term interaction with clients;

• learns to ensure the quality of project execution and compliance with company standards.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:

• We consider candidates of the last courses or graduates of construction and engineering specialties;

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (work with formulas, tables, document design);

• Organized, proactive, attentive to details;

• High motivation for learning and vision of your professional development in the field of construction;

• Desire to develop in the direction of project management and engineering;

• Independence and responsibility in the performance of tasks;

• Any background will be an advantagelong experience in construction or other practical work experience (even if it is not directly related to the specialty);

• Availability of a driver's license or willingness to obtain it during the first year of work.
