We are looking for a project manager who will be responsible for the successful implementation and development of projects. Mandatory work experience in project management and communication with customers. Responsibilities: Conducting weekly (or more often) coordination calls with the customer and the developer Forming a request to the customer to provide information for the start of development Reporting to the customer about the development status Planning and prioritization of project tasks with the developer Managing the budget of the projectTesting the functionality of the chatbot before handing it over to the customer Conducting a project presentation together with the developer Searching for opportunities to upsell additional functionality Ensuring maximum transparency and effectiveness of the process Taking care of the client — clarifying whether the client is satisfied with working with us, as well as receiving feedback Requirements for the candidate: Previous project management experience (not necessarily in in the field of IT) High level of command of the spoken and written Ukrainian language Understanding of the principle of project management Ability to consistently plan actions Conducting negotiations, maintaining the focus of the conversation Analytical abilities Emotional intelligence and communication Structured Responsibility Flexibility Focused on solutions and results What we offer: Competitive salary, timely payment every month until the 10th Work in the office in Lviv, with sometimes — a hybrid schedule is possible Work in a small (10 people), stable company that grows every year, and each team member has opportunities for growth and development along with the growth of the company Work with Ukrainian clients Our team resolutely takes on projects, energetically implements them, and finds the most effective solution for the customer.
