In the Audit Department, as a Project Manager for administrative tasks, you will be responsible for the effective coordination of projects between members of the audit team, tracking and maintaining records of working time, vacation, sick leave and budgets spent during the project.

Responsibilities:
- Selection of personnel (together with HR) for the implementation of projects and maintenance of auditors' working time accounting systems;
- Distribution of auditors' working time between project hours according to budgets and display of non-working time (training, sick leave, vacations, etc.);
- Preparation and analysis of reports (actual and planned time for work, etc.);
- Administration of personnel distribution systems and leave database, daily changes, adjustments and finding solutions in case of need for replacement or urgent engagement;
- Work/communication with the entire audit team and close cooperation with colleagues from the HR department.
- Communication with foreign colleagues regarding the engagement of auditors at international projects.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, finance, management, business, etc.;
- English language proficiency level – B2 and above;
- In-depth knowledge of office applications: MS Office (Excel – advanced user);
- Experience in an administrative position will be an advantage;
- Experience in business communication in English;
- Attention to details, calculation skills and developed analytical thinking;
- Ability to retain a large amount of information in memory, the ability to structure it;
- High communication skills, including communication with foreigners;
- Ability and desire to work in team.
