Junior Project-manager, account manager in Penguin-team

Job description We are a contextual advertising agency. Despite the difficulties in which our country found itself, we work in a standard mode and support the economy of Ukraine. We work with clients from the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Ukraine, and other countries. We configure and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads & Google Shopping, Facebook, Amazon, Bing and other systems. We need a cool specialist who can structure, organize and control processes within the team. Functional duties: analysis of incoming applications from potential clients; project management; communication with clients and specialists; reporting on the work of a team of specialists. Who will you work with: contextual advertising specialists who create and optimize beautiful advertising campaigns; with a senior manager who will help build processes; with a team leader of ppc specialists who monitors the quality of work. What we expect from the candidate: knowledge of English at least intermediate; knowledge of the basics of internet marketing: PPC, SEO, CRO; building skills friendly partnership relations with the client; experience in managing people (organization of team work); full commitment: responsibility and involvement in every project, the desire to achieve a positive result with every client; teamwork: the ability to find a common language, work in a team. It will be a plus if there is Junior/Project Manager work experience or successful cases of systematization of business processes.
