Requirements: work experience in banks, financial and other companies involved in the development, implementation, support of payment infrastructure (PTKS , POS) - from 6 months, experience of participation in projects related to payments, PTKS, POS-terminals in the role of RM/BA, assistant RM/BA, support manager - will be an advantage, the ability to analyze and systematize significant gathering information for the preparation of reports and presentations will also be an advantage. Main tasks: ensuring the purchase and support of payment terminals (PTKS and POS-terminals): interaction with suppliers, drawing up, agreeing and signing contracts, supporting payment of bills), organizing the installation and installation of PTKS and POS terminals at branches, interaction with the network of branches regarding the construction of customer service processes in PTKS, monitoring of compliance with implemented business processes, preparation of analytical reports, presentations for projects, performance of other tasks related to maintenance of PTKS and POS terminals.
