We seek a passionate and open-minded Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team ✨

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with simple projects;

• Communicating with the client;

• Managing and consulting team members (2-5 people);

• Control project tasks and scope of work;

• Working with customer requirements;

• Preparing documentation;

• Solving problems that arose during the project.

Requirements:

• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and ability to apply it to real projects.

• Understanding of client requests and ability to turn them into a technical description;

• Ability to clearly articulate and justify technical solutions both verbally and in writing;

• Ability to manage customer expectations;

• Ability to get to the point of the problem;

• Ability to quickly switch between tasks;

• Experience in preparing commercial proposals and assessing labour costs;

• Responsibility, punctuality;

• Focus on results;

• Excellent communication skills;

• High level of self-organization;

Will be a plus:

• Basic programming skills or working on QA, BA positions;

• Work experience in an account manager position at digital agencies.
