Duties: Preparation, management and updating of project plans in MS Project, Jira Work Management Monitoring and control of task execution Organization meetings, preparation of presentations, keeping protocolsCommunication with internal and external customers of the company in Ukrainian, EnglishOrganization, management of internal and external document flow of the projectCreation and control of the implementation of quarterly tasks within the framework of the project Required skills: work experience in a similar position from 1 year Basic knowledge in the field of information security Confident user of MS Excel , MS Project, MS Teams, Jira Work Management. The level of English language proficiency is B1. Management, analysis, planning and forecasting skills. High level of organization, persistence and consistency. in the field of IT, Cybersecurity, Penetration test. Experience in managing a team of more than 5 people. Experience in project risk management.
