Go Global is looking for a professional - Junior Project manager, who shares our values and wants to work with educational projects, to join its super driven team. Responsibilities: Planning of project work, monitoring and control of compliance with plans; Control of the execution of project tasks and assignments; Organization of conferences, seminars, trainings and other project events in accordance with the developed plan; Collection and processing of information on project progress, challenges and possible risks of project implementation or achievement project goals; Preparation of project reporting in various sections based on data provided by members of the project team; Organization and maintenance of internal and external project document flow; Translation of project documentation from/into English; Organization of meetings, preparation of presentations, keeping protocols; Assistance to the project manager in the development of project documentation; Administration of project documentation (drafting of documents, updating, verification, support of agreement) and control of its implementation; Consulting of the project team on project management methodology; Assistance in the preparation of a package of documents necessary for the conclusion and execution of contracts with donors; Maintenance of the project archive. Requirements to the candidate: Higher education; English language not lower than level B2; Experience of effective communication; Experience of working in a similar position (preferably in non-governmental public associations); Knowledge of project management methodology and tools (classical, Agile, SCRUM, LEAN, etc.); Experience in optimizing business processes; Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail) Fluency in Ukrainian, English - above average; Tact and diplomacy; Excellent communication skills; Developed organizational and executive skills; Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation; Ability to learn quickly, attentiveness; Ability to prepare and draw up reports; Ability to apply non-standard/innovative solutions at work.
