Junior Project Manager in Arvilab

Ukrainian company ARVI VR has been developing VR games for the B2B segment since 2016 and provides comprehensive solutions for entrepreneurs in the entertainment industry worldwide the world We currently offer the widest range of multiplayer VR games on the market and have helped launch more than 700 businesses - VR for entertainment centers, VR for classic quest rooms, classic VR locations.

Now We are expanding our team and are looking for an assistant head of the VR game development team, with the possibility of growth to Project Manager.

Willingness to relocate is an important factor to Bratislava and work in the office.

Duties:

• Helping the manager in planning and control of all stages of game development
• Preparation and maintenance of project documentation
• Communication with team members, other company divisions and contractors
• Setting tasks and monitoring deadlines, reporting according to their status and quality control
• Ensuring effective interaction between team members

• Assisting in product testing and quality control (VR games)

Requirements:

• Skills in working with project management tools (Jira)
• Own in English at the level from A2
• A passion for video games and a deep understanding of gaming culture, which will allow you to effectively interact with the development team and make valuable suggestions for improving the gameplay
• Resistance to stress and the ability to work in multitasking conditions
• Initiative and proactive approach to problem solving
• High level of organization and responsibility
• Communication skills and the ability to work in a team

• Determination, the desire to build a career and grow in a team for a long-term period (a potential goal is a project manager)
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally in the field of VR technologies and project management

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in game development or IT projects
• Basic knowledge of programming
