Junior Project Manager in Codebridge Technology

As Junior PM you'll play a crucial role in planning, managing, and executing application development while honing your analytical and communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:  

• Experience of work as PM/BA no less than 1 year  
• Strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle 
• Working experience with SCRUM framework 
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset 
• Attentiveness to details 
• Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills 
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher 
• Technical background is a plus 

Main responsibilities: 

• Work within the Agile (Scrum) methodology to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development or UI/UX projects 
• Develop and implement standards for the development and release management process within the project 
• Assist with the coordination of release and sprint planning 
• Clarify and analyze requirements (requirements documentation, user story, task preparation) 
• Help with prioritization and backlog management  
• Participate in roadmap development, its execution control 
• Take responsibility and tailor the best solution in terms of scope and timeline
