Junior Project Manager in EVNE Developers

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing one project of medium complexity, ensuring timely delivery and quality
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, deep knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and key UI/UX practices
• Ability to assemble project plans, assign and monitor tasks for developers, designers, and QA
• Coordinate overall project efforts, including status reporting, stability management, and resource allocation
• Proficient in leadership skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in business analysis, including scoping, estimating projects, creating SRS, and managing change management processes. Creation technical tasks for the project
• Proficiency in tracking project budgets (internal and external), managing timesheets for client invoicing and developer salary enumeration
• Experience in people management practices
• Understanding of technology stacks for web and mobile application development
• Skill in identifying risks and coordinating with the team to develop mitigation strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project management cycle from initiation to release and support, ensuring all project phases are completed efficiently and effectively
• Manage scope, budgets, and timelines for one or multiple projects, allocating resources appropriately to meet project goals and deadlines
• Identify and manage project risks effectively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to project progress
• Provide accurate and timely project status updates, and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making
• Collaborate closely with development teams throughout project implementation, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that may arise
• Adhere to project management processes, leveraging best practices to optimize project delivery and outcomes
• Maintain excellent communication with clients to manage and meet expectations, proactively addressing any concerns. Foster productive relationships with clients for successful project outcomes, actively seeking feedback and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth
• Report to the Head of PMO about the project scope and budget
