Junior Project Manager in Flawless Group

At the initial stage, the functional duties of the employee will consist in the performance of organizational tasks set by the leading project manager.

We are looking for a candidate who plans to develop as a Project Manager or BA to grow him into a great professional and work as a cohesive team side by side.
Below are the functional tasks to be performed first under the guidance of a senior manager and then independently.

Work with clients:

• communication with clients, answers to questions about the functionality of the platform and projects;
• fixation and checking with the team of bugs and inquiries;
• describe customer requests and form a description of the necessary functionality;

• assist in making presentations to the project manager.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Desire to learn and develop in IT;
• Tactfulness, composure, responsibility , attentiveness, punctuality;
• Ability to find an approach to people (both to the team and to customers);
• Understanding the development process, positions in the team;
• Ability to distinguish a bad IT product from a good one;
• High level of self-organization, time management and time planning (both personal and team);
• Ability to solve any situation according to the principle of " win-win";
• Competent oral and written language (spelling, punctuation, etc.);

We consider candidates without experience, but with completed RM/BA courses.
