Junior project manager in Infocus

Hello!

We are infocus and our Products department is looking for a creative and progressive junior project manager to achieve cool results in new and existing projects.

Our team works in the field of fintech with the main partner Visa and top banks Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan, etc., wants to scale even more and reach new levels and markets.

What needs to be done? >

• Manage the launch of new and existing offers for Visa premium card holders;
• Communicate with potential and existing merchant partners of the program;
• Lead communication with the customer regarding the program and offers;
• Generate ideas for creating top offers to attract customers, assign clear tasks to copywriters, SMM and marketing specialists;
• Analyze project results (surveys, interviews etc.);
• Together with the analyst, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports of project results;
• Plan the budget, participate in expenditure control and payment processes;
• Develop stylish and informative project presentations for external audiences (sponsors, investors, etc.) and conduct them.

What do we offer?

• Schedule 5/2, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• Constant growth and interesting tasks, work with the global Visa brand;
• Hybrid format work (2-3 days a week in the office, in Kyiv, the rest - remotely);
• Salary 20,000 UAH during the trial period and 25,000 UAH after + bonuses;
• < p>Official registration and social package (vacation, sick leave). 

   

You are our super candidate if:

You have minimal work experience as a Project manager;

You have experience in negotiations;

You are fluent in Microsoft Office and create excellent presentations;

Ready to interesting business trips;

You speak English at the B2 level.

It will be a plus if you have work experience in the field of marketing, communications or in banking;
