About the projectYou’ll work with a platform that simplifies the entire cycle of commerce operations—from order management and shipping logistics to inventory tracking and reporting.The platform acts as a centralized hub that integrates with transportation services and marketplaces such as AliExpress, Shopify, Amazon, and Wish, alongside proprietary e-commerce platforms.Its features include inventory surveillance, order status updates, sales analytics, cost monitoring, customer notifications, supplier communications, and automated order processing guided by predefined parameters.As a certified partner, Brainence collaborates with the platform to build custom apps, integrations, macros, and scripts that help businesses speed up order deliveries, automate processes, and cut costs.Requirements● Proficiency in written and spoken English (upper-intermediate level or above)● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills● Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen● Understanding of IT outsourcing, software development services, and relatedindustries● Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively● Experience in direct communication with native English speakersResponsibilities● Project management. Oversee and coordinate projects, ensuring timely deliveryand adherence to project requirements● Team management. Supervise and support the development team, fostering acollaborative and productive working environment● Customer communication. Regularly engage with customers to discusscollaboration processes, developer productivity, overall satisfaction, project timelines,and scope of work. Manage new requests from our customers regarding projectcustomization● Customer relationship management. Cultivate positive, long-term relationshipswith customers, addressing their objections and needs to ensure satisfaction● Feedback management. Collect and analyze feedback from our partners, usinginsights to enhance service delivery● Estimation and reporting.
