We are looking for a team Junior Project manager .

Our candidate:

• From 1 year of experience in the position of Project manager ;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban);
• Has experience of interaction with outsourced development teams;
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence). Preferably also their administration;
• Experience in interaction (or previous experience) with developers is preferred.

What will you do:

• Actively interact with stakeholders, manage changes to the project;
• Organize the work of the development team in two types of projects: site design and work with the ERP system;
• Create and maintain work plans, taking into account risks, dependencies and deadlines;
• Coordination of project teams so that projects are completed on time within the expected terms;
• Monitor project delivery progress. Identify and manage risks;
• Create and maintain correct project documentation and technical requirements;
• Build a trusting and supportive environment, resolve conflict situations.
