• Excellent English proficiency.
• Completion of project management courses.
• Some practical experience in project management is a plus.
• Strong soft skills, including communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• High-stress resistance and ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of outsource and outstaff models.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control project progress to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Generate and manage tickets for project tasks.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates.
• Identify and manage project risks to minimize impact.
• Oversee processes to ensure they are followed and improve them when necessary.
• Manage conflicts within the project team and with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide accurate estimations for project timelines and resources.
• Ensure successful delivery of project milestones and overall project completion.
