Preparing and presenting status updates for various projects. Overseeing and coordinating global and local initiatives across server and network infrastructure, aswell ascloud environments. Gathering and analyzing business needs, and developing proposals for futureIT systems and service enhancements tomeet organizational needs. Managing incidents within server and network infrastructure, and the cloud environment. Collaborating with external and internal expert teams toaddress infrastructure andIT security issues. Monitoring SLA performance ofinternal and external service providers and addressing escalations asnecessary. Qualifications 1-3 years ofexperience asaJunior Project Manager, Business Analyst, orsimilar positions. Hands-on experience inproject management and knowledge ofvarious methodologies todeliver successful projects. Effective communication skills toconvey goals and expectations. Business analysis skills will beabig plus. Ability tocollaborate with stakeholders from different departments and regions. Strong interpersonal skills tobuild and maintain relationships with external partners. Upper-Intermediate English level isamust! Nice tohave: Basic knowledge ofserver and network infrastructure technologies, security best practices, and database architecture. Project management/Business Analysis certifications. Microsoft Azure fundamentals certification. Knowledge ofcompliance frameworks (for example, SOC). Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science/Information Technology/Project Management.
