Junior Project Manager in Solaris Bus & Coach sp. z o.o.

Your tasks:

• developing detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget and resources,
• coordinating projects related to batteries (including cooperation with internal and external clients),
• setting goals and KPIs (key indicators) of the project,
• ensuring effective closure of the project, including completion of all phases design, obtaining acceptance of the delivered products/works and transmitting the results to the appropriate stakeholders,
• participating in industry conferences, fairs and networking events.

Our expectations:

• higher education, preferred fields: related to management, welcome courses/training related to the area of ​​Project Management,
• at least 1 year of experience in project management,
• fluent knowledge of English enabling effective communication and cooperation with international partners (min. B2),
• knowledge of basic project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira),
• analytical and interpersonal skills, including the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment and the ability teamwork,
• knowledge of battery systems and the bus industry preferred.
