Junior Project Manager in Force Group

An international translation company is looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist who can join our up-and-coming team and work with a variety of clients. We are waiting for you if: ★ you have experience in working with clients and freelancers; ★ you have experience in project management; ★ you speak Ukrainian or Russian; ★ you speak English and Polish at B2 level. What you are supposed to do and what you are responsible for: ★ working on projects that come to the production department from the sales department; ★ selection of appropriate contractors (suppliers) to fulfill orders; ★ distributing and assigning tasks to suppliers and other contractors; ★ organization and control of the work of the project team (translators, editors, text editors, QA); ★ administration and control of the order execution process; ★ final operational control of completed orders before their delivery; ★ order management in the local accounting system; ★ organizing and planning the work of a courier or courier service; ★ cooperation with sworn translators; ★ organization of deliveries of orders (documents) to customers; ★ organization of document delivery to the Polish office; ★ selection of optimal courier services in Warsaw, Poland and abroad; ★ Working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (one hour break) Why working in Task Force is fun: ★ personal and professional development opportunities - we welcome initiatives and the willingness to implement them; ★ Continuous corporate training and corporate English; ★ working in a friendly team, ready to support you with ideas and help if needed; ★ Cozy office in Warsaw at ul.
