Junior Project Manager in Metinvest Digital

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who will help us implement large-scale projects and programs that change the company's business processes.

| KEY TASKS

• Project management.
• Planning, launching and monitoring the implementation of projects/programs (electronic document flow, HR platforms, SAP direction).
• Formation and management of the project team.
• Management of subcontractors and coordination of external resources.
• Maintenance of project documentation, budgeting, time and quality control.
• Monitoring project implementation, regular reporting on progress.
• Interaction with business representatives, sponsors, stakeholders.

| YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE

• Experience of project/program management in large system companies from 1 year.
• Experience of successful project implementation. Experience in the implementation of complex "turnkey" projects.
• Experience in assessing the performance of work, resolving resource conflicts. 
• Experience in project justification and protection, understanding of project economics. 
• Team management skills and experience.
• Experience in negotiating with customer representatives, sponsors and stakeholders, ability to communicate with business partners in the language of business.
• Skills in developing and conducting presentations for customers.
• Ability to work with MS Project Server/MS Project Online or similar.
• English: Upper intermediate (B2).
