Junior Project Manager in Talent Hunters Hub

A product IT company is looking for a Junior Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating the team, organizing work processes and monitoring the execution of tasks throughout their life cycle. The role involves working with technical tasks, documentation and the quality of task performance.

You will be a great fit if you have:

Technical and organizational skills:

• basic understanding of the work of IT projects and the life cycle of tasks (backlog > in progress > testing > release);

• ability to understand the technical task and structure it for the team;

• experience or basic knowledge of working with task managers (Jira / Trello / ClickUp);

• skills of working with documentation and Google Sheets.

Main duties:

• coordination of team work and support of effective communication;

• control and management of tasks at all stages of their life cycle;

• monitoring the quality of task performance and meeting deadlines;

• preparation of short reports, maintenance of internal databases and documentation;

• participation in improving product work processes.
