Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in transport systems or related fields;
• Experience in preparing of reports, feasibility studies and strategic documents;
• Consulting experience is an advantage;
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and respect for the deadlines;
• Excellent personal and business communication skills;
• Ukrainian — fluent, English — upper intermediate and above.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of requests for data provision to the relevant bodies;
• Assist in the preparation of project reports;
• Assist with the submission of project related documentation;
• Data collection and maintenance of  electronic project datasets;
• Managing of online file transfers. Sending and receiving documentation;
• Ensuring that all project phases are properly documented;
• Taking minutes of meetings;
• Drafting analytical notes, carrying out gap analysis and research;
• Preparing project visibility materials and handouts;
• Assisting in the organisation of stakeholder meetings and workshops.
