Junior Project Manager in Innoware

The demand for Microsoft solutions is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to the need for businesses to abandon 1C and other Russian software. Therefore, we are expanding our project team and invite a specialist to the position of Junior Project Manager!

You may not have relevant experience, but most importantly - strong academic knowledge in Project Management (university/courses) + your desire to become PM, and we will definitely help you with this!

Stack:

1. Projects:implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for Innoware customers. Most of all, you will work with the implementation projects of the MD 365 Business Central ERP system, which is one of the world's most popular IT solutions for financial accounting and business process automation. More than 30,000 companies and 200,000 users work in Business Central, and the Innoware team has been successfully implementing this system for Ukrainian and foreign clients for 22 years. 2. Tools: Microsoft Project Pro, Azure DevOps.

Your key tasks at the start will be:

• Monitoring and control of the progress of project tasks.
• Communication with project teams.
• Communication with clients regarding the organization of status meetings, their planning, moderation.
• Preparation of reports on the status of tasks, writing meeting minutes, other documents necessary for project management.

• Preparation and approval of timesheets with clients, submission of applications for invoicing and acts, control of payments.

And later, together with TVprofessional development, expanding areas of responsibility to the tasks and goals of an independent PM: /p>

• Management of the full cycle of projects.
• Planning of project tasks, working with the plan-schedule, adjusting it as necessary.
• Maintaining 100% communication with clients with project management issues.
• Identification of potential project risks and their minimization.
• Participation in optimization and automation of project management processes.

Our expectations regarding your knowledge and skills:

• You are studying for a master's degree or have already completed / have completed higher studies in economics or IT/technical direction.
• You have high academic results in higher education, strong analytical and logical abilities.
• You have strong knowledge of project management methodologies acquired during higher education or courses.
• You have knowledge / skills of working in Microsoft Project or similar project management systems + advanced level of Excel (university / courses).
• You speak English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher, fluent in Ukrainian.

Soft skills:

• Systematic, focus on results and high quality of work, proactivity.
• Teamwork, sociability.
• Desire and willingness to learn a lot and develop in the direction of Project Management.
