Junior project manager in Fond Shidna Evropa

The Eastern Europe Fund within the framework of the USAID / UK Dev project "Supporting the Digital Transformation of Ukraine" (hereinafter - DTA) together with the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine announces competition for the position of junior project manager / junior project manager for the project of the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction.

Start date: July 2024.

Involvement period: until the end of 2024.

Work format: mixed (offline and online).

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• prepare weekly reports on the progress of work and project implementation;
• coordinate and conduct communications with stakeholders, in particular representatives of the Ministry and contractors;
• accompany the conclusion of contracts and the agreement of project terms;
• support project management in Jira (Confluence), ensure relevance and accuracy of information, administer users and projects;
• solve organizational issues in the team and participate in planning meetings and gatherings;
• monitor compliance with deadlines;
• identify and resolve problematic situations, respond to stakeholder requests.

Desired skills and work experience:

• work experience as a project manager (at least three months);
• availability of higher education;
• experience in project management or project administration will be an advantage;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization;
• ability to work under conditions of great responsibility and urgent tasks;
• high focus on results and attention to detail;
• confident command of the Jira project management tool (user administration, project configuration, ability to read technical documentation and search for solutions);
• experience with documentation in Confluence will be preferred.
