Junior Product Owner of corporate products in OTP BANK Ukraine

If you want develop in product management, work with corporate clients and create solutions that have a real impact - this opportunity is for you!

Your future functionality:

• help in the formation of product strategy in the field of currency operations;
• participate in researching the needs of business customers and transform them into product requirements;
• support the team development: form tasks, test functionality, monitor progress;
• support the life cycle of currency products — from idea to launch;
• interact with internal teams (sales, VC, FM, IT) to coordinate processes;
• analyze the market, competitors and regulatory changes together with more experienced colleagues;
• prepare presentations and materials for internal meetings.

Our candidate has:

• higher education (economics, finance, management or related areas);
• preferably — experience in a bank or financial company (from 6 months to 1 year);
• basic understanding of the needs of corporate clients;
• ability to work with business requirements, form a backlog and prioritize tasks (with the support of a mentor);
• analytical thinking, desire to develop and learn;
• communication skills, ability to work in a team and present your ideas.
