Junior Product Manager (Universe Group) in Genesis

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager for Universe Group.

We are actively developing and expanding our product portfolio. Currently, we are ready to invite a junior specialist to the team, whom we will train, share experience and develop into an independent and confident professional. The mission of this role is to focus on product improvement and as a result improve financial and product metrics. Perhaps you are the one to become a part of the team?

Your future tasks:

• Generation of new hypotheses and their prioritization on the basis of Market and User Research.
• Management of full-cycle validation of product hypotheses: Design, Development, Testing, Analytics .
• Conducting A/B tests and their analysis.
• Responsibility for the growth of key product metrics.
• Cooperation with the marketing team to understand the complete user journey and find optimal solutions to achieve goals.

We expect that you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in IT, Big4, FMCG and successfully completed courses in Product Management.
• You understand what a product hypothesis is and how to form it.
• You know basic product metrics and their relationships well.

• You know the basics of Unit economics, how to calculate it.
• You know how to do comprehensive research and analysis (competitors, market, monetization models, etc.).
• You know how to conduct A /B testing.
• You speak English at the Intermediate level and above.

It will be an advantage:

• Experience with mobile products.
• Experience in conducting A/B tests.
