Junior Product Manager OTx in Eirhub

On behalf of our client, an INTERNATIONAL GENERIC PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER OTx position.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies in Ukraine for the assigned OTx products.
• Provide analysis of potential business and marketing opportunities based on different market insights (e.g., market research, industry, and customer trends) and develop new channel-specific strategies.
• Analyze and evaluate the efficiency of promotional costs.
• Communication development for the brands, covering HCPs and consumers.
• Analysis of all relevant market information concerning brand (market shares, recommendation level by doctors and pharmacies, competitors' activities, etc.).
• Cooperate with KOLs.
• Plan and organize the company's participation in targeted events (conferences, roundtables, etc.).
• Control and report on the brand budget according to marketing plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Medicine/Pharmaceuticals or related fields.
• 1 year of experience in a Junior Product Manager position.
• English: Intermediate.
• Strategic thinking, market understanding,  analytical skills and presentation skills.
• Self-motivation, positive attitude, and flexibility.
