Want to… Job Announcement: Mobile Games Product ManagerJob Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Mobile Games Product Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the casual gaming industry, strong analytical skills and a passion for creating immersive gaming experiences. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of your products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and achieve our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our social casinos -gaming. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and product growth. Define product goals, key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics. Product Development: Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, design , development, testing, and iterations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including game designers, developers, artists, and QA to ensure holistic product development.Prioritize features and improvements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals.Experience user and engagement: Create and maintain engaging game mechanics, features, and content that drive user retention and monetization. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the game experience. Implement best practices for user onboarding, engagement, and retention. Decision making Data-driven: Use analytics and user data to make product decisions and optimize game performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on product performance. Define and implement strategies to increase user acquisition, retention and revenue. Collaboration and communication :Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective user acquisition and retention campaigns.Work with the customer support team to resolve user issues and obtain feedback.Communicate product updates, progress and insights to stakeholders and senior management.Competitor analysis: Monitor competitor products and industry trends.Analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degreein business, marketing, game design, or a related field Proven experience as a Product Manager in the social casino or gaming industry Strong understanding of mobile game mechanics, player behavior, and monetization strategies Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience Ability to manage multiple projects at once. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desired qualifications: Experience with user acquisition, retention and monetization strategies in the social casino industry. Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
