Junior Product Manager (FORMA) in Universe Group (Genesis)

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Product Manager to join the FORMA team. You will work with the white web product PDF Guru in the US and European markets in a large and promising niche that makes people's lives easier. We have ambitious plans and a goal to become a Unicorn in 5 years. That is why we need one more Junior Product Manager to join the team, who, with the support of the marketing and technical teams, will focus on the development of the product - improving its financial and product metrics. Our future colleague in this role is an ambitious and result-oriented Product Manager beginner, who is ready to deeply dive into analytics, generate new hypotheses and bring them to life. Your future tasks:— Analyzing competitors and looking for insights into market changes.— Finding insights into the main product analytics.— Backlog formation and task prioritization.— Conducting product experiments to improve product metrics .— Preparation and transfer of TK to development.— Formation of the product roadmap together with the product team.— Interaction with the analyst, designer, marketing and technical teams. We expect you to:— Have at least 2 years of experience in IT, Big4, FMCG and successfully completed courses in Product Management.— You are well versed in product metrics, their interrelationships and know how to calculate unit economics.— You know how to conduct market and competitor research.— You understand the principles of conducting A/B testing.— On "you » with analytics: you understand the basics of statistics, probability theory and the statistical significance of events.— You have the following superpowers: logical thinking, a systematic approach and structure. It will be an advantage:— Knowledge of analytical or data visualization tools (such as Amplitude or Tableau) and SQL.— Understanding of principles user engagement, product marketing, and web development team principles.—Experience as a Data or Product Analyst.
