Junior Product Manager (E-commerce) in Philip Morris

IQOS (Philip Morris Ukraine), on behalf of its Partner, is looking for Junior Product Manager (E-commerce).

You are going to create leading e-commerce infrastructure in different channels: brand site, Viber/Telegram bot, landing pages, 3rd party e-commerce platforms.

A wide range of tasks will allow you to master different areas of work in digital marketing and IT.

 MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Create wireframes and prototypes of user flows
• Improve current flows based on analytics data
• Conduct user acceptance testing & fixes processes
• Co-Create with design & IT team UX/UI improvements
• SEO optimization of website based on search results analytics
• Support A/B testing activities (performance) and on-site personalization
• Manage web merchandising (catalogue, product cards)
• Upload local and global content & assets 

• Conduct quality checks of the websites: correct content is implemented / guidelines are followed

   

REQUIREMENTS ON HARD SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience with e-commerce, web-platforms, or apps. 
• Work experience Google Analytics is a must, other tracking and analytical tools would be a plus.  
• Work experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Miro, Whimsical or similar).
• Work experience with CMS, Google Sheets.
• Experience in the use of ticketing systems and project management tools like Confluence, Jira.
• Basic HTML, CSS knowledge would be a plus.
• A/B testing and QA experience would be a plus.
• SQL experience would be a plus.
• Understanding of SEO principles would be a plus.
• Copywriting/SEO copywriting skills would be a plus.

• English - at least upper-Intermediate.

   

 REQUIREMENTS ON SOFT SKILLS:

• Responsible, disciplined, able to work independently taking full ownership of the tasks.  
• Able to structure information and take data driven decisions.
• Consumer centric and used to back up understanding of consumer behavior by data.

• Ability to switch between multiple projects.
