We are looking for a Junior Product Manager in 6037 for our pilot product in the fashion niche . Yes, we make millions of women more stylish and happier. We have developed a mobile application and a web platform, and are currently actively developing them. With an integrated consultation system with professional stylists, our product helps users create unique and stylish looks based on their personal preferences.

You should know about this:

500 thousand women use our product.
Behind it is a team of stylists, which currently has 30+ specialists.
In a year, our product has grown 10 times, and this is just the beginning.

Your future challenges:

Generate and validate hypotheses to increase product and monetization metrics through the ongoing process of conducting a/b tests .
Research and optimize the user journey to improve the user experience.
Build direction in the product and processes in it.
Control the product development process at all stages from idea to analysis.
Conduct comprehensive market, user and competitor research to find product growth points.

What is important for us:

From 1 year of commercial experience in similar positions (Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Product Owner).
Personal achievements in the product team. Successful cases of achieving quantitative product goals.
High analytical skills and logical thinking.
Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
Ability to make decisions based on data.
Openness to new challenges.

Will be an advantage:

Experience in hypothesis generation and A/B testing.
Experience in setting tasks and communicating with developers.
