As a junior product manager, you will help the team, be responsible for improving and promoting banking products: a mobile application for individuals and web banking for entrepreneurs. Our products are loved by our customers: up to 72% active usage and an average market rating of 4.8!You will work with the design, development, sales and marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet our strategic goals and customer expectations. Your team consists of fast-growing young people who will support and assist you every step of the way in your career.Responsibilities:Assist in researching, analyzing and identifying market trends, customer needs and competitor offerings using multiple sources;Collaborate with owners and product managers in creating product requirements, user stories and product specifications; Track key performance indicators and conduct regular analysis to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement. Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies related to banking products and services Fluent English B1+Strong copywriting and communication skills Requirements: Familiarity with Agile and product management tools is a plus Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, MS Office and/or UX/UI design is welcome We are looking for someone who is always ready to grow and develop and bring initiative and ideas.
