We are currently looking for a Junior Product Designer for one of our successful businesses - Liven.

Liven is a company that creates products to integrate knowledge about human behavior into users' daily lives, giving them the ability to optimize their emotional state.

We make behavioral techniques accessible to people, allowing them to reduce procrastination and stress, increase focus and energy levels, and improve overall well-being.

We launched the business at the beginning of 2023 and have already confirmed its success - we have found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling, expanding the team from 3 to 50 people. With a strong unit economy and impressive growth, we offer a unique opportunity for talented individuals to join our high-performing team.

At Liven, we challenge traditional notions of linear career paths by encouraging each new team member to drive their own initiatives outside of their field.

In the role of Product designer, you will:

— Develop a design for a mobile application on the iOS and Android platforms;
—Research and optimize user journey to improve user experience and product metrics;
— Together with the team, build new directions in the product and processes in them;
—Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to improve the product;
— Maintain and improve the design system;
- Interact closely with the product, design team and developers.

Must-have:

— The ability to systematically approach solving problems - looking for the cause of the problem, breaking it down into small components and forming a solution;
- Ability to take responsibility and complete tasks from 0 to 1;
— High level of motivation and desire to develop;
- Ability to work in a team and orientation to the result;
—Critical and analytical thinking, ability to make decisions based on data.

Nice-to-have:

— Experience with Figma, ability to work with components;
- Proficiency in English at the level of understanding and reading;
—Experience in setting tasks and communicating with the development team, understanding development processes;
—Experience working on a product or in product analytics with hypothesis generation.
