Who we are looking for:

ATTENTION: We are currently looking for candidates who are only in Odessa.

We are expanding our design team and are looking for talented, active people for the position of Junior Product Designer. You are waiting for work with a highly loaded service in the automotive field, its complex and exciting interfaces, user scenarios, product metrics, non-trivial tasks and challenges. Together with colleagues from product, promotion, delivery and other teams, you will look for solutions that take into account the interests of users, development and business, and grow professionally and personally.

What we expect from you:

• mastery of Figma
• basic skills of web design, interface design
• understanding of work of standard UI components (input, select, checkbox, etc.)
• ability to create prototypes, user flow, scenario diagrams
• graphic design skills (icons, illustrations, infographics, banners, etc.)< /li>

Consider as an advantage:

• Product experience
• Experience in user research and usability testing
• Ability to create and maintain design systems
• Confident command of Figma and graphic editors (vector, raster)
• Availability of a portfolio
• Hardworking, responsibility, love for work, thirst for knowledge and a balanced character

What you will do:

• create new ones and improve already existing web and mobile interfaces
• participate in all stages of the design process: from hypothesis formation to author supervision
• design and describe user scenarios, make interactive prototypes and test them
• form task success criteria and track metrics
• conduct user experience research and competitor analysis to identify best practices in product design
• create impressive graphics for web and mobile interfaces

• control the quality of design solutions at the next stages of development - work in a team with managers, developers, business analysts, designers
