Junior Product Designer in Upstars

We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a Junior Product Designer. Your future tasks: development of mobile and web interfaces taking into account the needs of users and business goals; cooperate with the product team, participate in brainstorming sessions, be able to argue your decision; making suggestions for improving the design of existing products; maintaining design consistency within the product design system. Your skills: 1.5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX or product designer; ability to identify and solve user problems through design; excellent command of Figma; participation in all phases of product development, from research to launch and optimization; UX orientation and understanding of user behavior. Preferred, but not critical: experience in iGaming or related fields; developed product thinking - understanding how design affects user experience and achieving business goals; experience in creating interactive prototypes.
