Junior Product Analyst in appflame

Your project:AdConnect. It is a business that specializes in building communication platforms, as well as SaaS solutions for working with traffic and increasing user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery niche, advertising network, SaaS solutions for user retention. Our products have an audience of millions of users from different parts of the world - North and South America, Europe, Australia and the list of markets is constantly growing.

We are looking forJunior Product Analyst, focused on business results. You will play an important role in making decisions to improve user retention rates. This is a new project and you have prospects for growth in the role of PM in this position. For our part, we offer you expertise from an experienced product team, a developed analytical infrastructure and the opportunity to grow quickly. In our work, we use Data Warehouse Vertica, Tableau for visualization, Prefect2 and Python for building analytical pipelines and conducting in-depth research.

You will:

• Generate hypotheses to improve the product, validate them with A/B testing: design, evaluation and most importantly - recommendations based on the analysis;
< li style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 300">Look for patterns of user interaction with the product that contribute to the growth of retention metrics;
• Analyze key indicators and identify growth and optimization bottlenecks;
• Visualize research results, develop informative dashboards;
• Work with the team to achieve product OKRs.

From you:

• Experience in analytics from 6 months;
• Using SQL queries;
• Understanding basic statistical concepts and methods of data analysis;
• experience working with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau);
• Understand the business context by numerical metrics, initiative and proactive approach to work;

• Willingness to work autonomously and take responsibility for tasks.
  

Will be a plus:

• Experience conducting A/B tests and evaluating product changes;
• Understanding key marketing and product metrics;
• Python experience.
