As a Junior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve issues, execute test plans, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software development process.Project details - Software for managing processes in biotech company (accessing using browser).Responsibilities:- Participate in the design and development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Execute manual and automated (optional, in case you know how) tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on software design and functionality.- Report and track defects in a clear and concise manner.- Work closely with the development team to reproduce and troubleshoot issues.- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree.- Knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation.- Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency to effectively communicate with team members.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.- Knowledge of software testing best practices.- Previous experience in QA or software testing roles (internships or projects).If you are a passionate individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of software quality assurance, we would love to hear from you.
