The Kiss My Apps team is looking for a Junior PPC Specialist. You can work completely remotely from any location.

Kiss My Apps is a Ukrainian startup studio specializing in the development of mobile first products.
Over the past year, the total MRR of products included in Kiss My Apps has grown 5 times, now our products attract 1.5M new users every month, and the total audience is already more than 35M users.
In our portfolio there are more than 30 applications in different categories: Astrology, Utilities, Lifestyle, Health & Fitness, and others.

Professional knowledge and skills:

1. From 6 months of experience in performance marketing.
2. Purchase of advertising in Google and/or Bing.
3. English at the Intermediate level and above.
4. Have experience with analytical systems: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.

Functional duties:

1. Attract users to the product: launching and optimizing advertising campaigns.
2. Monitoring and improving critical KPIs for campaigns and analyzing them with the help of analytical systems.
3. Analysis of procurement metrics, generation of new hypotheses for tests.
4. Generate hypotheses and test them to improve primary KPIs.
5. Supporting effective communication with the product team and advertising network managers.

Kiss My Apps is part of the Netpeak Group. Currently, about 20% of the Netpeak Group team is involved in various initiatives to counter Russian propaganda. Some of them are in cooperation with partners, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and cyber police. There are several areas of volunteer projects in which we participate: content creation, advertising in social networks, promotion of Ukrainian products, humanitarian aid. The team of the NGO "My City", which is part of the Netpeak Group, together with volunteers, is currently engaged in ensuring the livelihood of animal shelters, and also helps with the purchase of necessary items for some units of the Armed Forces.
