Junior personnel manager in Evro Layfker

Pharmaceutical company in connection with expansion is looking for a Junior HR Manager in the team

Requirements:

• higher education in the field of HR or in a related field, possibly a final year student;
• knowledge of English at the Intermediate level or higher;
• confident user of Word, Power Point, Excel.
• work experience in a similar the position is welcome;
• knowledge of algorithms and channels of search and recruitment;
• experience of conducting interviews with candidates for positions of various levels;
• ability to work in a team, purposefulness, willingness to take responsibility, continuous professional and personal development.

 Responsibilities:

• participation in the organization and carrying out a full cycle of personnel selection (writing a job profile description, placing an ad, selecting and searching for personnel, screening resumes, conducting initial telephone interviews, organizing and final interviews);
• participation in accompanying a new employee in the adaptation process ;
• participation in all HR activities of the Company.
