One of the crucial directions of P2H is creating a great workplace for employees. Our People Partner’s Team invites a Junior People Partner to make it happen together.

As a People Partner, you will focus on talent support and retention, resource management.

Additionally, your impact will include maintaining talent reports, advising project managers on available skill sets, and facilitating ongoing specialists’ involvement in projects.

Your impact

• Onboard newcomers
• Track progress and provide regular feedback to the newcomer during the trial period
• Conduct 1-1 meetings with team members regularly
• Create PDPs (Personal Development Plans)
• Conduct Performance review procedures
• Be responsible for the continuous involvement of specialists in projects
• Conduct dismissal procedure

We are looking for someone who has

• At least 1 year of experience in HR/People Management/Talent Management or similar roles
• Good understanding of the IT outsourcing industry
• Excels in a business-driven approach, demonstrating adaptability to rapidly changing environments and strong ownership in all assigned tasks
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to contribute to team success in achieving collective goals
• English level — Upper-Intermediate

Recruitment process

• Interview with Recruiter — up to 1 hour
• Interview with People Partner’s Lead — up to 1 hour
• Interview with HRD — 30 minutes
