It's cool, if you know how to easily find a common language with people, you quench your thirst for permanent growth. You will have the following tasks: — improvement of HR management processes; — organization of the most comfortable onboarding for newcomers; —participation and implementation of improvements in the performance review implementation; — coordination of the L&D direction; —participation in Employer Branding activities; — control over the process of employee insurance and other internal reporting related to the HR direction. What we expect from you: - you are studying or already have a diploma in the field of "Finance"/ "Management"/ "International Relations", etc.; — excellent analytical and creative skills; — high responsibility and orientation to the result; —love of finishing the documents and experience of working with Google Sheets; — knowledge of the English language equal to Upper-Intermediate; - perfectionism, you like everything to be on the shelves and without chaos. It will be a plus if you: - have experience in the role of a project manager, taking an active part in the implementation of various types of projects of the TAIVENT (for example, within universities); — you follow the best practices in the field of HR; — open to giving and receiving feedback from colleagues.
