📍 What to do

• Support HR Operations with the full cycle of personnel administration, including onboarding, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and offboarding
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
• Foster a collaborative culture by organizing team-building events, both online and onsite
• Depending on your arrangement with the manager, take the lead or support projects for implementing people operations solutions
• Collaborate with other teams and functions to ensure we provide an exceptional experience for employees and comply with regulations

🦸 Your superpowers

• Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken English is essential
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role or completion of HR courses
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Business communication proficiency
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Good organizational skills
• Creative approach, proactivity, and a desire to optimize processes
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop
• Experience with HR CRM systems and using AI tools
