Our candidate: Performs a range of timekeeping tasks; Performs a complex of payroll works; Prepares and draws up draft orders, orders and other documents for payment and bonusing of employees of fixed divisions; Collects and analyzes the necessary information for drawing up draft budgets of the FOP and personnel funds according to fixed areas of responsibility. Forms the draft budget of the FOP and funds for personnel by divisions/services, conducts analysis of the use of funds for personnel; Performs a complex of works on rewarding personnel; Provides consulting support for personnel in the field of labor legislation, work organization, payment and bonuses.
