What should be done?< /p>

• Support for Viber and WhatsApp services – processing requests and complaints, monitoring their status; documentation of these processes.
• Support for two-factor authentication (2FA) service.
• Assistance in signing contracts with subcontractors, partners, mobile operators and other necessary documents.
• Help in reviewing bills with mobile operators, monitoring and analysis of updated tariffs/rates in contracts.
• Cross-functional communication with other involved departments (operational, technical, accounting).

What do we expect?

• Higher education - graduate or 3rd year student or higher.
• Experience in supporting partners or completing an internship will be an advantage.
• English language skills - Intermediate+
• Analytical abilities, patience, as well as written and oral communication skills.< /li>
• Willingness to take on new tasks, even if there was no previous experience.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic environment.
