Your tasks will be: — performing technical onboarding of new clients in the Solidgate system; — supporting processes related to Solidgate payment services; — building new processes and optimizing existing ones; — working with analytical requests from clients; — setting up payment routing; — active interaction with product and technical teams within the company; — communication with the technical support of partner banks; — detection and elimination of anomalies in the payment process. What we expect from you: — you study in the field of "Applied Mathematics/System Analysis" or related specialties; — excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ;—English not lower than Upper-Intermediate level;—knowledge of SQL and Python;—knowledge of Tableau at a basic/initial level. It will be an advantage if: —you can work autonomously and productively at the same time;—you have practical experience of working with Postman.
