We are currently looking for a proactive and initiative Junior Operations Analyst , who will immerse himself in Solidgate's internal processes and will be ready to optimize them so that our clients receive the best payment solution on the market.

Your tasks will be:
— performing technical onboarding of new clients in the Solidgate system;
—support of processes related to Solidgate payment services;
—construction of new processes and optimization of existing ones;
—work with analytical requests from customers;
—payment routing settings;
—active interaction with product and technical teams within the company;
— communication with the technical support of partner banks;
—detection and elimination of anomalies in the payment process.

What we expect from you:
—you are studying in the field of "Applied Mathematics/System Analysis" or in related specialties;
—excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
—English not lower than Upper-Intermediate level;
—knowledge of SQL and Python;
— knowledge of Tableau at a basic/entry level.

It will be an advantage if you:
- can work autonomously and productively at the same time;
- you have practical experience with Postman.
