We are currently looking for a proactive and initiative Operations Specialist, which will dive into the internal processes of Solidgate in the direction of Risk Systems.
Your tasks will be:— managing the process of adding and monitoring Bank Accounts to providers (Visa/Mastercard);
— testing the operation of connected MIDs;
— detection and elimination of anomalies in the payment process;
— maintaining a database (CRM) of connected MIDs (status, content);
—L1-L2 support and partial account management of our Merchants;
- active interaction with product teams: Analytics, Sales and Account Management;
- work with analytical requests from customers.
What we expect from you:
- you are studying in the field of "Applied Mathematics/System Analysis" or related specialties;
— 0.5+ years of finance/data analytics/audit experience;
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- English not lower than Upper-Intermediate level;
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, MS Office.
It will be an advantage if you:
— can work autonomously and productively at the same time;
- familiar with SQL;
- you have experience with Tableau and databases.
In particular, this is a perspective of development to Product Owner/Account Manager, or you can choose another interesting direction, for example, analytics or data science 😉
