Junior Node.JS Engineer (Ukraine/Poland) in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Junior NodeJS Engineer for one of our successful businesses - Liven. Liven is a company that creates products to form the right habits and eliminate bad ones Our first product is an anti-procrastination app. We give users all the information they need to better understand themselves and their problems. And we also give them the tools to solve them. We launched this direction at the beginning of the year and have already confirmed its success — we have found unit-economy and are actively scaling it to the size of a large business. Each new employee can now become the head of his field, so everything depends only on you and your ambitions. Now we are actively scaling up and increasing the engineering team. In the role of NodeJS Engineer, you are expected to: - The opportunity to participate in the application design stage and directly influence the architecture, selection of technology stack and functionality;– Active participation in the improvement of processes, technology stack, development approaches;– Interaction with the entire team on the development of new functionality and improvement of the existing one;– Work on improving processes in the team;– Support of the existing code base. What for it is important for us:– 1+ year of experience working with NodeJS– SOLID/DRY/YAGNI/KISS - not just to understand theoretically, but to take into account in every architectural decision and to find a balance;– Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases– Monitor technical debt, maintain balance product development and refactoring; – Understanding the principles of service-oriented architecture – Understanding NestJS architecture will be a plus. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
