First of all — our philosophy! We believe we have two customers — the businesses and the developers. So we treat each developer as our customer!

Our cooperation is based on one simple principle — the developer works directly for the company from the DACH region. mcpk., in turn, ensures that everything is functioning well and that he/she has everything needed for work, like hardware, insurance, etc. We do not interfere in daily work as we are big fans of simplicity and transparency.

We are looking for a  Junior/Middle Sourcer to join our team on a part-time basis to engage more top-tier developer talent.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of professional experience in IT sourcing, preferably within technical positions
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools
  • Understanding of IT roles and technology stacks to identify relevant candidates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages and managing the recruitment process smoothly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously
  • Creative problem-solving skills to handle challenging searches and adapt strategies as needed
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
  • Experience with ATS and/or CRM systems
  • Proficiency in written English at an Intermediate level or higher

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive sourcing of qualified candidates using diverse methods and strategies to build and sustain robust talent pipelines
  • Ensure accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions in our ATS
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand client needs and role specifics, facilitating the finding of the best fit
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest sourcing trends and best practices to continuously improve effectiveness
